Founder & Co-Owner
With over two decades of experience in the mattress industry, Richard is deeply committed to family values, community engagement, and integrity. His dedication to these principles has contributed to his success across multiple businesses. Richard’s passion extends to his hound dog named Floppy, who has been his faithful travel companion.
Richard maintains a comprehensive record of sales achievements and is highly regarded as an exceptional coach and team builder. He provides coaching to people globally, focusing on improving education in India, healthcare in Chicago, and family unity in Europe. Additionally, he operates a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating sex trafficking.
Raymond Martin
Founder & Co-Owner
With an impressive 24 years in the mattress industry, Raymond brings extensive knowledge of products, sales, and operations to the Mattress Dogzzz team. Raymond is the ultimate go-to guy in the mattress industry, and he’s passionate about all things sleep and sleep accessories.
Alongside his professional achievements, Raymond is dedicated to his family, including his two daughters and two Pomeranians, and is actively involved in community non-profits, particularly those supporting animal welfare.
Scott Spangler
Co-Owner
Scott brings more than 20 years of corporate experience to the Mattress Dogzzz family, where he plays a key role in streamlining operations, supporting our sales team, and driving exciting new marketing efforts. Since joining the team, he quickly fell in love with the sleep industry and, even more importantly, the opportunity to make a difference through the charitable causes Mattress Dogzzz proudly supports every day.
When he’s not visiting one of our many Mattress Dogzzz locations, you’ll likely find Scott enjoying time with his wife and their Fox Red Lab, Norm, relaxing at the lake or out on the golf course.
